CURRIER & IVES EXHIBIT IN ITS FINAL WEEK

This is the last week the Amherst Museum will display "Currier & Ives, Printmakers to the American People: Highlights from the Collection of the Museum of the City of New York.

The exhibit, featuring the 19th century art from Nathaniel Currier and James Merritt Ives, will run until Sunday at the Amherst Museum, 3755 Tonawanda Creek Road at the corner of New Road.

The exhibit, which started Aug. 1, will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Friday and from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Admission is $4 for adults, $1.50 for children and $10 for families.
