A Memorial Mass for Agnes Rose Spampinato, 81, of West Seneca will be offered at 7 p.m. Sept. 21 in St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Seneca Street and Harlem Road, West Seneca.
Mrs. Spampinato, a native of Newark, N.J., died Aug. 26, 1999, at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson after a short illness.
She lived for many years in Highland Falls, adjacent to West Point, before moving to West Seneca. Her husband, William, owned and operated a bar and grill in Highland Falls. He died in 1981.
Mrs. Spampinato lived in West Seneca for 10 years and was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and Liturgy Committee at St. Bonaventure Church.
She enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include two daughters, Regina Doherty of West Seneca and Agnes Bogert of Honolulu; three sons, William J. of Copake, John R. of Troy and Vincent E. of Weybridge, Vt.; a sister, Mary Heffron of Pinetops, N.C.; two brothers, James Rose of Long Island and Robert Rose of Leesburg, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services and burial were held in Hudson.
