The University at Buffalo men's soccer team remained unbeaten Wednesday, recording a 3-1 win over Canisius.

Three players scored for the Bulls, including Tim Songer, who notched his fifth goal of the season. UB (3-0-1) took a 1-0 lead in the first eight minutes, only to have Canisius' Ryan Puntiri tie it a few minutes later.

The game remained tied until Steve Butcher (North Tonawanda) found Songer for the winner. Brian McCallion scored in the closing minutes.

Despite firing a season-high 17 shots, the Niagara dropped a 1-0 contest to Colgate at home. Niagara (0-4-0) surrendered a goal to Colgate's Tim Gerges at the 36:08 mark.
