FESTIVAL RETURNS
TO LASALLE PARK

GET OUT your mariachis, slip into some dancing shoes and head to LaSalle Park this weekend for the ninth annual Hispanic Music Festival. Latin bands from Puerto Rico and Toronto will be on hand, joined by local favorites El Trio Los Amigos and Wendell Rivera with the Jazz All Stars. El Trio Los Favoritos, a Puerto Rican oldies band, and two merengue bands, Banda Bella and Bachata Boyzz, will perform.

The event, which includes amusement rides, fireworks, art exhibits and ethnic cuisine, is sponsored by Panorama Hispano newspaper and the Latino Business Association. For information, call 882-5887.
