Pennsylvania State Police at Warren Sunday filed additional charges against three men who allegedly robbed a home Friday and held two children prisoner.

Michael L. Genualdi, 23, of Elmwood Park, Ill., Giovanni Labbate, 22, of Hardwood Heights, Ill., and Jeffrey R. Eklove, 19, of Kentwood, Miss., were charged with robbery, criminal conspiracy, possession of instruments of crime, two counts each of kidnapping and false imprisonment, burglary and theft.

The trio reportedly broke into the Clemente home on Brenda Lane in Russell about 11:45 a.m. Friday. Troopers said they tied a 14-year-old boy to a chair and locked a 3-year-old boy in a bedroom, then made off with $10,600 worth of cash and coins.

Chautauqua County sheriff's officers stopped the three about 45 minutes later in a westbound vehicle on the Southern Tier Expressway near Sherman.

All three were sent to Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail each, charged with felony possession of stolen property. An extradition hearing is scheduled for today.

The children were not hurt, and the stolen money was recovered during the arrest.
