Ogden B. Bosso, 83, the former operator of two restaurants here, died Friday (Jan. 29, 1999) in Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center after a brief illness.

Bosso was born in Willard, W.Va., and moved to Niagara Falls with his family in 1929. He graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1933.

Bosso served in the Civilian Conservation Corps in 1935-36. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1945.

Bosso owned and operated Roxy's Restaurant on Niagara Street for 20 years and then was the owner-operator of Organte's Restaurant at Pine Avenue and 20th Street until 1977.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, the former Rose Paglino, and a sister, Priscilla Cale.

A Mass of Christian Burial was offered today in Our Lady of Lebanon Catholic Church after prayers in M.J. Colucci & Son Funeral Chapel
