FRENCH CONSUL GENERAL TO SPEAK AT BUFFALO STATE

Richard Duque, consul general of France in New York, will discuss "Franco-American Relations Today" after a 7 p.m. reception and dinner in his honor Friday at Buffalo State College.

Sponsors include Alliance Francaise de Buffalo, American Association of Teachers of French, Buffalo-Lille Association and the Western New York Chapter of the Fulbright Association.

Duque, named consul general in February, has been diplomatic adviser to two French prime ministers, Jacques Chirac and Alain Juppe.
