A fifth arrest was made late Friday by the Genesee County Local Drug Enforcement Task Force in connection with the transportation and sale of crack cocaine from the New York City area to Rochester and Batavia.
Floyd Alston, 22, of New York City and Rochester was arrested at his State Street residence and charged with four felony counts of possession and selling a controlled substance. Alston is accused of selling the cocaine from his home.
He will be arraigned Monday morning in Genesee County Court. Four others were arrested earlier this month on similar charges by the task force, which is comprised of Genesee County sheriff's deputies and city police officers.
