Trapshooting league

Sportsmen's Coonhunters Association begins a trapshooting league Dec. 6. The 50-bird league runs 16 weeks. Shooting goes from 9 a.m. until noon on Sundays. Arrive early to register at club grounds on Hopkins Road, between Routes 5 and 33 west of Batavia.

Club meetings

Bison City Rod & Gun Club elected the following officers for 1999: President, Joseph W. Fisher; first vice president, Stanley Balko; second vice president, Ken Skinner; treasurer, Gerald Baldwin; financial secretary, Loretta Nowicki; recording secretary, Linda Kollar; corresponding secretary, Carol Parot; and board of directors (3-year terms): Ed Armstrong Jr., Dave Szeluga and Ray Wagner.
