Rolf J. Falck-Muus, 80, who was a chemical process engineer, died Nov. 16, 1998, in Mount St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness.
Born in Oslo, Norway, he lived here since 1983. Prior to that, he lived in Lakeland, Fla., New Jersey, Yugoslavia, Algeria, Romania and Norway.
Falck-Muus enjoyed traveling and visited many countries.
He worked in the field of ammonia and nitrate processes for Lilleby Smeltvork and Metallurgical Research in Trondheim, Norway.
He also had worked for Chemico, setting up and designing chemical plants all over the world.
His wife, Dorothy Freestone Falck-Muus, died in 1997.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Dickersonville Cemetery.
