Two men were arrested by the Narcotics Intelligence Unit in separate drug-related incidents Monday afternoon.
At 1:43 p.m., Manuel B. Christina, 28, of no permanent address was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Detective Theodore Weed said he saw Christina exiting "a known crack house" in the 1100 block of 13th Street. Christina surrendered a crack pipe when officers approached, Weed said.
At 5:34 p.m., John M. Schmidt, 50, of Travis Boulevard, Town of Tonawanda, was charged with first-degree loitering and resisting arrest. Detectives John Galie and Paul Pierini accused him of looking to obtain drugs at the Holloway Inn, 1220 Falls St.
