Angela Elizabeth Giancarlo, and Brian Lewis Kerns were married Saturday at 11 a.m. in Notre Dame Chapel at Trinity College, Washington, D.C., from which the bride was graduated. The Rev. Christopher D. Murphy of St. Mary Catholic Church, Alexandria, Va., heard the vows of the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael A. Giancarlo of Williamsville and the son of Charlotte O. Kerns of Alexandria and the late Robert R. Kerns. A reception was given in Washington Monarch Hotel. The bride, a graduate of Williamsville East High School and Columbus School of Law of Catholic University of America, is counsel with Personal Communications Industry Association, Washington. The bridegroom, a graduate of George Mason University with a master's degree from Radford University, teaches science and is a crew coach at Wakefield High School, Arlington, Va. They will live in Fredericksburg, Va.
