I agree with the reader that said Rob Johnson should have the starting job or be traded. Doug Flutie is no Daryle Lamonica or Jim Kelly and it is not the same Super Bowl team we had back in the early 1990s.
To pay Johnson $25 million to stand on the sidelines is ludicrous. Flutie's play against the Jets and New England, which included some key interceptions in the end zone, shows he is in no way a Super Bowl quarterback.
If Wade Phillips thinks for one second Flutie can take on teams like Minnesota and Denver he will owe all Bills fans a very big apology at the end of the season.
