Two people were injured at 11 p.m. Friday in a two-car crash on Walnut Street that police say was alcohol-related.
Brian T. Mulvey, 18, of Waterman Street, the driver of one car, was listed in fair condition Saturday with head injuries in Lockport Memorial Hospital. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right.
The second driver, Michael D. Thornton, 18, of Davison Road, was treated in the same hospital, then released.
The crash occurred when Thornton turned onto Walnut from Washburn and collided with Mulvey's car, which crossed the center line, Officer Scott Seekins said.
