THEFT OF FROZEN DINNERS CHARGED

Joseph D. Incorvia, 29, of was arrested early Friday after he was accused of taking two Hungryman Frozen dinners at knife-point from Tops Market on Oct. 26, Detective William Thomson said.

Incorvia, who gave an address in the Pelican Motel, 6817 Niagara Falls Blvd., was charged with first-degree robbery by Thomson and Detective Carl Berak.

He is accused of trying to take the dinners from the Tops at 7200 Niagara Falls Blvd. without paying and pulling a knife on the Tops manager when a store employee tried to stop him, Thomson said.
