A Napoli teen faces reckless driving charges after he lost control of his vehicle Thursday while driving in circles at a high rate of speed and struck a parked vehicle, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Department.
Charles Chamberlain, 19, struck a vehicle in the parking lot of the Randolph Area Recreation Park just before 8 a.m. He fled the scene of the accident, but returned two hours later, according to sheriff's deputies.
Chamberlain was uninjured. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage.
