A Buffalo man convicted Tuesday of selling crack cocaine in Olean will be sentenced Nov. 9 in Cattaraugus County Court.
Anthony Drayton Jr., 22, of Purdy Street was convicted in a two-day trial. He is being held in Cattaraugus County Jail.
Drayton was found guilty of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, crack cocaine, Nov. 7 in Olean.
He also was convicted of obstructing governmental administration, Dec. 18, when Olean police were trying to fingerprint him following his arrest.
