A resource fair on health-care choices for senior citizens will be begin at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 9 in Bellinger Hall at the Chautauqua Institution.

Coordinated Care, a not-for-profit referral agency in Buffalo, will have information on such topics as legal aspects of long-term care issues, spousal impoverishment and questions and answers about home care and financing home care.

Flu shots will be available to those presenting an insurance card.

The event is sponsored by the Chautauqua County Office for the Aging in conjunction with Coordinated Care and Tops Pharmacy. The fee is $5. More information is available from the Office for the Aging.
