Public hearings on three development projects are scheduled before the Olean City Planning Board in a special session Monday night.
The meeting replaces the canceled session normally held on the third Monday of each month.
The hearings are:
7 p.m. -- Olean Antique Center's permit application for a change of use at St. Joseph's Maronite Sharbel Hall on West State Street, from a church to a retail activity. The Antique Center is planning a move from the Shafer Building at 269 N. Union St.
7:15 p.m. -- the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Plant application for site plan review of a 66-by-110-foot warehouse addition at 243 Root St.
7:30 p.m. -- A & A Olean Properties' application for a site plan review for a new 150-by-45-foot commercial building at 2610 W. State St. If approved, that structure would be built on speculation and placed 40 feet north of West State Street to house a retail outlet for a tenant.
