The United Cerebral Palsy Association of Niagara County will benefit from proceeds of the fourth annual Walk for Health and Hunger, sponsored by the Niagara Falls Chapter of Links Inc., Saturday in Whirlpool State Park.
Registration will begin at 9 a.m., and the walk will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registration is $10 for adults, and $5 for senior
citizens and for students.
The local walk is part of a nationwide program in which more than 10,000 members of Links and their families and friends will walk to raise money for agencies that promote good health and wellness, according to Carrie Mitchell, local chapter president.
