Kathleen V. Wicker, a retired secretary with the federal government, died Thursday (Sept. 17, 1998) in her Pines of Sarasota home, Sarasota, Fla.
Mrs. Wicker, 86, was born in Buffalo. She had been a resident of Florida since 1985. She was a secretary for the Social Security Administration.
Mrs. Wicker was a member of the Baha'i faith and served on the Local Spiritual Assembly in both Amherst and Sarasota.
Surviving are three daughters, Patricia of Sarasota, Marilyn Genteleman of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Joan Brundage of Churchville; a brother, Ronald Vincent; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held Saturday in Manasota Memorial Park in Bradenton, Fla.[crlln]
