TEEN FACES CHARGE OVER GRAFFITI

Graffiti vandals sometimes do get caught, as a 17-year-old Bailey Avenue youth learned over the weekend, according to Buffalo police.

Broadway Station officers said they spotted Tysha R. Patton writing with a black magic marker on a building at 565 Walden Ave. on Saturday. The building is owned by Hunt Real Estate, according to police.

Police arrested Patton, of 1790 Bailey, and charged him with two misdemeanors -- criminal mischief and possession of a graffiti instrument.
