POLICE SEEK TWO IN RAPE, SODOMY OF E. SIDE WOMAN

Two men took an East Side woman captive and repeatedly raped and sodomized her early Sunday morning, police said.

The woman, 33, said she was at the foot of Cayuga Street, near Jefferson Avenue, when the men approached and took her jewelry, then forced her into their vehicle at gunpoint and blindfolded her. She was treated at Buffalo General Hospital.

The man with the gun was in his early 30s, black, about 6 feet 1 inches tall, and weighing about 250 pounds. He wore black nylon jogging pants, a black Tupac T-shirt, white baseball cap and Nike sneakers.

The other man, about 22, was black, 5 feet 7 inches and weighted 170 pounds. He wore blue jean shorts, a red T-shirt, red-and-black sneakers and a red Chicago Bulls cap.

Genesee Station officers said their four-door car was an older black Chevrolet Celebrity with burgundy interior and a Crown air freshener in the rear window. Witnesses should call the Sex Offense Unit, 851-4494.
