A Lewiston man's blood alcohol content was measured at more than three times the legal limit when he was pulled over on Center Street about 3 a.m. Sunday, state parks police said.
John W. Coleman, 30, of 5145 Forest Road was charged with a felony count of driving while intoxicated, as well as failure to signal a turn and making an unsafe lane change. Officer John Marcyan spotted him and pulled him over.
Coleman's blood alcohol content was measured at .34 percent, police said. Anything over .10 percent is considered intoxication under state law.
