MRS. WRIGHT

Monsignor Paul J.E. Burkard performed the marriage ceremony for Darcy Anne Gerlach and Stephen John Wright at 2 p.m. Saturday in Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Orchard Park. A reception was given in LaGalleria Restaurant.

The bride is the daughter of Elnora D. Gerlach of Lancaster and the late Donald A. Gerlach. Parents of the bridegroom are David and Sharon Wright of Arcade.

The couple will make their home in Columbia, S.C., where the bride is an intensive care nurse in Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital and the bridegroom is a driver for Bankair Courier Service. She was graduated from Daemen College. He is a graduate of Pioneer Central High School.

Mrs. Haefner
St. John United Church of Christ, Buffalo, was the setting Saturday at 1 p.m. for the wedding of Stephanie A. Russell and Keith A. Haefner.

The bride is the daughter and stepdaughter of Joe and Dawn Russell of Buffalo and Karlene and Dennis Nothnagel of Goshen. The bridegroom is the son of Blaine K. and Sue Haefner of Alden. A reception was given in Pendleton House. After a Caribbean cruise, the couple will live in Depew.

A graduate of McKinley High School and Alfred State College of Technology with honors, the bride is a floral designer with Petals to Please Inc. The bridegroom, an Alden Central High School graduate, is a correctional officer at Attica Correctional Facility.

Mrs. Zent
Wedding vows were exchanged by Mary L. Kankiewicz and Robert Joseph Zent at 2 p.m. Saturday in Autumnview Restaurant, where a reception was given.

The bride is the daughter of Leonard Hinca of Buffalo and Geraldine Hinca of Cheektowaga. The bridegroom is the son of Kathleen M. and Robert J. Zent Sr. of Marilla. After traveling to Hawaii, the couple will be at home in Cheektowaga.

An alumna of Cleveland Hill High School, Erie Community College North Campus and Canisius College, the bride is a receptionist at Union Village Chiropractic. The bridegroom, a University at Buffalo graduate, is an application engineer with Cooper Turbocompressor Inc.

Mrs. Piotrowski
Laura A. Wenzel became the bride of Michael D. Piotrowski during a ceremony Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Elma.

The Rev. Daniel J. Palys performed the ceremony for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Helmut Wenzel of Buffalo and the son of Florence H. Piotrowski of Buffalo and the late Henry S. Piotrowski. A reception was given in Kloc's Blossom Grove before the newly married couple left for Las Vegas, Nev., and Hawaii.

A graduate of McKinley High School, the bride attended Villa Maria College and is an instructor with People Inc. The bridegroom is a graduate of Bishop Timon High School and attended Canisius College. He is a clerk in the U.S. Postal Service.
