Vandals did about $2,325 damage to a golf course and golf equipment late Friday or early Saturday at the Newfane Pro Am Par 3 Inc. golf course, Niagara County sheriff's Deputy Gerald Granto said.

A Yamaha golf cart was rolled over and hit two other carts, causing $1,650 damage. About $300 damage was done to three greens, a $150 crabapple tree was snapped in half, an outhouse was tipped over, a course sign was pulled out of the ground, the flag at Green 7 was broken and other damage was done at the facility off Lockport-Olcott Road, Granto said.
