SHAW ENOUGH

I am very happy that Billy Shaw is a candidate for the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He had to be one of the best offensive guards to play the game. Billy's speed and agility made him one of the best blockers in the business.

Drafted by the Buffalo in 1961, the big guard rates as one the Bills best picks. Some of our best players came from the AFL and it's about time the Hall of Fame notices that. Names like Cookie Gilchrist, Tom Sestak and Elbert Dubenion are well overdue to be inducted.

It would also be a honor to put Lou Saban and Dick Gallagher's name on the Wall of Fame in the stadium.
