Empire State College has scheduled public information sessions at several area locations during September.

Representatives will be on hand to discuss the college's guided independent-study programs for adults leading to associate's and bachelor's degrees.

At the Buffalo campus, on the third floor of the Market Arcade Complex at 617 Main St., sessions will be held at 10 a.m. Sept. 5, 6 p.m. Sept. 10, 12:30 p.m. Sept. 16 and 12:30 p.m. Sept. 25. Other sessions and locations are:

Hamburg Public Library, 102 Buffalo St., 6 p.m. Sept. 14; Jewish Community Center, 2640 N. Forest Road, Getzville, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 24; Fredonia State College's Mason Hall, Room 3140, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 14; and Jamestown Community College's Community Services Center, Conference Room 305, 5:30 p.m. Sept. 14.
