In an Aug. 13 letter, "King Clinton is abusing his power," the writer criticizes President Clinton's use of executive orders, specifically one ordering health-maintenance organizations to obey federal laws relating to their operations.
This, he argues, is related to "Clinton's continued effort toward universal health coverage."
Such obvious disapproval of universal health coverage is not very likely to be the attitude of someone who is himself without this kind of protection.
So I ask: What is it that offends him so much at the thought of other Americans having the health care that many of us enjoy?
