Computer experts will conduct a free seminar Tuesday on dealing with computers when the year 2000 arrives.
The one-hour session will be held at 9 a.m. in the County Center and will focus on the problem that both businesses and government agencies face as the millennium approaches.
When the year 2000 arrives, computers will read the date as "00," which equates to the year 1900 instead of 2000.
In attendance will be experts from Concurrent Technologies Corp. of Johnstown, Pa. The county's Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism is sponsoring the event.
