District VIII, Business and Professional Women's Clubs of New York State, will conduct workshops for member clubs' officers and chairwomen on protocol, conducting meetings and competing for awards Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. in Nickel City Cafe, Cheektowaga. Amherst Town Supervisor Susan Grelick will speak on women and voting after a dinner for Amherst Business and Professional Women's Club Tuesday in Fanny's Restaurant. Liz Mucilli is taking reservations.

Zonta Club of Kenmore will hear reports on summer activities Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Classics Banquet Center. Dinner at 6 will precede the meeting. Members of the house and fellowship committee will be hostesses. Preceptor Beta Iota Chapter, Beta Sigma Phi, had a potluck dinner Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. in the home of Diane Poyfair in Newfane. Yearbooks were distributed. Board members of Western New York Federation of Women's Clubs met today in Apple Grove Inn, Medina, preceding a luncheon.
