Police arrested a town resident at 3:24 a.m. Wednesday after he was caught burglarizing a West Avenue bar, Lt. Ronald Vogt said.

David Bruce Depoy, 40, of 1039 Fernwood Drive was charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglar's tools and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at Josie's Place, 482 West Ave., Vogt said.

Depoy pleaded innocent to the charges in City Court and was granted an adjournment until Monday. He was remanded to the County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
