Gerard L. Feger of Orangeville, who owned and operated a backhoe business, died Tuesday (Aug. 25, 1998) at home after a long illness. He was 55.
Born in Buffalo, he attended Letchworth Central High School.
Feger worked for 30 years as a group leader at Lapp Insulator in Le Roy, and for a number of years he was self-employed in his backhoe business.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, the former Diana Dembowski; a son, Gerard II; his mother, Margaret F.; and a sister, Lois, all of Orangeville; two brothers, Howard of Gainesville, Fla., and Michael of Las Vegas; and a grandchild.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Marley Funeral Home, 135 Main St., Attica. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Attica.
