OK, let's see if I've got this straight. To get good service in a bar, I must not order anything that takes any time or talent to make. I must coordinate everyone's orders to conform to the convenience of the server, have money ready before I actually order, make sure that money is in the denomination preferred by the server -- and then, don't ever ask for service, that's rude; and don't make the server do demeaning things like collecting empties. Do it myself. Then, I should leave a great big tip, 'cause that's what they like.
