LECTURE SERIES SET ON QUALITY ISSUES

The American Society for Quality is sponsoring a series of seminars that will focus on strategies for improving efficiency, customer satisfaction and product development in the business arena.

The main conference will be held Nov. 11 at the Grand Island Holiday Inn and will feature presentations by Dr. Donald Fisher of the Quality Center in Memphis, Tenn., and M. Daniel Sloan of Sloan Quality Health Systems of America. For more information on the program entitled "Action Today for Quality Tomorrow," call James Schraven at 687-4710.

The conference is co-sponsored by the Greater Area Buffalo Quality Council, the Niagara Quality Council and the Society of Reliability Engineers.

Other meetings will be held from September through December and will include presentations by nine industry leaders on topics including lean manufacturing, techniques for creative solutions and document management.
