The Liberty Coffee Roastery at the corner of Main and Court Streets in downtown's Liberty Building, will debut Monday.

The coffee bar/restaurant is in renovated space that was formerly home to Grever's Flower Shop, and for many years prior to that, a Florsheim Shoes store. Grever's will soon reopen at 537 Main St., in a former Arby's Restaurant.

Liberty Coffee Roastery is a sister operation to the four-year-old Buffalo Coffee Roastery, on the Main Street side of Main Place Mall, near Church Street. Both cafes are owned and operated by Sean and Kate Edwards.

The Liberty Coffee Roastery will have a more extensive menu than its sister operation, offering lunch such as specialty sandwiches, soups, salads and fresh-baked pastries, in addition to a full espresso bar.

Coffees for both cafes will continue to be roasted daily at the original location.

The Liberty Coffee Roastery will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
