Edward S. Kozlowski, 82, a retired Lancaster businessman, died Sunday (Aug. 23, 1998) in Auburn Nursing Home, Auburn, after a long illness.
Born in Buffalo, he founded and operated the ABC garage, greenhouse and farm in Lancaster.
He was a member of St. Mary's of the Assumption Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing and ham radio.
He had moved to Auburn in January.
Kozlowski was the widower of the former Florence J. Nowakowski.
Surviving are two sons, Robert of Groton and Alan of Auburn; a daughter, Carol Spangler of Columbia, Md.; a sister, Joey Shipton of Titusville, Fla.; and six grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's of the Assumption Church, St. Mary's Hill, Lancaster, after prayers at 8:45 in Paul A. Kloc Blossom Chapels, 4680 Clinton St., West Seneca. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lancaster.
