Four charges were filed against a motorcyclist after sheriff's deputies chased him about three miles early Sunday, Sgt. Michael A. Messina said.

Michael K. Roulley, 35, of 259 74th St., Niagara Falls, was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and running a red light. He was arrested at 1:22 a.m.

Messina said Roulley, who refused the breath test, was sighted speeding on Niagara Falls Boulevard near Sy Road. He was chased into Niagara Falls, where he stopped at a red light at Military Road.
