DONALD J. BRENNAN

Donald J. Brennan, a dairy farmer for 31 years, died Saturday (Aug. 22, 1998) in Buffalo General Hospital. He was 80.

The Ellicottville native was a World War II veteran who served in the 395th Service Squadron, 8th Air Force.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in West Valley and West Valley Post 1576, American Legion. Brennan also enjoyed making handcrafted furniture as a hobby.

He was married to Dorothy, who died in 1991.

Survivors include two sons, James I. of Ulysses, Pa., and Thomas J. of Pittsford; two daughters, Ann Rosati of Lima and Jeanne Sloane of Williamsville; two sisters, Patricia Leone and Beatrice Loveless; eight grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John the Baptist Church, 5381 Depot St., West Valley. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
