Gaglione of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church, Niagara Falls, heard the vows of the daughter of Henry Nowakowski of Lancaster and Brigitte Schroth of Stuttgart, Germany, and the son of Gerald and Rita Miner of Loudonville. After a reception in Grand Island Holiday Inn, the couple left for a camping trip in New England.
A customer representative of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Western New York Inc., the bride is a graduate of West Seneca West High School and Bryant & Stratton and attended Board of Cooperative Educational Services. A graduate of Colonie Central High School and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, the bridegroom is a civil engineer and natural disaster manager in Buffalo District, Army Corps of Engineers, and is a major in the Air Force Reserve.
The wedding of Amy L. Voye and Shawn P. Connolly at 3 p.m. Saturday in St. Benedict Catholic Church was performed by the bridegroom's uncle, Monsignor Thomas F. Maloney of St. Amelia Catholic Church, Town of Tonawanda. Mr. and Mrs. James A. Voye of Amherst are the bride's parents. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James F. Connolly of Hamburg. A reception was given in Radisson Hotel before the couple left for Antigua. They will live in Hamburg. A kindergarten teacher in West Valley Central School, the bride is a graduate of Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart and Fredonia State College and is working for a master's degree in University at Buffalo. The bridegroom, a graduate of St. Francis High School and Fredonia State, is working for a master's degree in business administration in St. Bonaventure University. He is a program coordinator with Hamburg Adult Day Services.

A reception was given in Lancaster Country Club. After a trip to Aruba, the newly married couple, Cortland State College graduates, will live in Mahopac.
A graduate of Williamsville South High School, the bride is pursuing a master's degree in special education from Mercy College and is a physical education teacher in Springhurst Elementary School, Dobbs Ferry.
The bridegroom was graduated from Lakeland High School, Yorktown Heights, and is a firefighter in New York City Fire Department.
