PAXON PLANS MEETINGS IN BATAVIA, WILLIAMSVILLE

Rep. Bill Paxon, R-Amherst, will hold two local sessions in a series of town meetings
Saturday.

At 2:15 p.m., Paxon will be at the Genesee County Courts Facility in downtown Batavia, and at 4 p.m. at the Williamsville Village Hall, 5565 Main St.

The congressman, who is not seeking re-election, said this will be his final round of town meetings on issues that Congress may consider this fall. Among them is Paxon's call to abolish the Internal Revenue Service and begin a national debate on a new tax system.
