Roswell Park Cancer Institute has appointed three key administrators. Leo F. Garrison III has been named vice president of facilities management, Michael B. Sexton has been appointed general counsel, and Anthony Woods has been named director of classification and compensation.

Beechwood Continuing Care, a not-for-profit senior care community with facilities in Amherst and Williamsville, has elected James A. Hoover Jr. chairman of its board of directors.
