"Home Alone" star Macaulay Culkin and Broadway actor Rachel Miner announced on Monday that they plan to marry. Both are 17.
Their publicist said the couple was "thrilled to have found each other as soulmates at such a tender age." No date was given for the wedding.
Culkin has earned about $17 million in a string of movies including "Getting Even With Dad," "The Pagemaster" and "Richie Rich." Miner is appearing in "The Diary of Anne Frank."
Culkin and four of his siblings were the subject of a bitter custody battle between their unmarried parents which was settled last year when the father, Christopher Culkin, agreed to give the mother, Patricia Brentrup, sole custody of the children.
