The Black Inventions Exhibit, a touring exhibit on the achievements of African-American inventors, will be on display Monday and Tuesday in the Student Union on the University at Buffalo Amherst Campus.

The exhibit features nearly 100 items, from a portable cellular phone to a multimillion dollar toy. It also includes a video on how these inventions have enhanced the quality of modern life.

Visitors will receive a list of black inventors and their inventions, a bibliography and a list of museums and libraries for further research.

The presentation is sponsored by the National Society of Black Engineers and the UB Office of Multicultural Affairs.
