Ernest A. Gostomski, 89, a resident of Park Shore Health Care Center and a retired electrician, died Saturday (March 28, 1998) in Brooks Memorial Hospital after a long illness.
He was born in Dunkirk and formerly lived in Forestville.
He worked as an electrician for Simon Electric of Buffalo for many years until his retirement in 1984.
He was a member of the Kosciuszko Polish Home Association.
Survivors include his wife, the former June McCann; two daughters, Dolores Mentley of Florida and Sharon Cervantes of Forest-ville; a son, Ernest of Sarasota, Fla.; two sisters, Virginia Clemens of Fredonia and Eleanor Welk of West Seneca; a brother, Frank of Forestville; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 9 Center St., Forestville, after prayers at 10:30 in Riles Funeral Home, 39 Main St., Forestville.[hdkns]
