The Syracuse-based parent of Quality Markets and other supermarket chains last week reported continuing losses and falling revenues for its fourth quarter. Same-store sales fell 7.3 percent from a year earlier. The chain is attempting a turnaround, instituting lower prices, a management shake-up and 325 layoffs over the past year.
