A Locust Street man was arrested Friday night on charges of throwing a Gasport man off his porch and injuring him.
Robert J. Snell, 52, was charged with second-degree assault in the attack on Brian J. Lisiecki of Telegraph Road, Gasport, at Snell's home Tuesday, Officer Warren D. Hale said.
Lisiecki was treated at Lockport Memorial Hospital and later transfered to Erie County Medical Center where he was discharged Wednesday, hospital officials said.
Officer said Lisiecki went to Snell's home to drink beer and became angry when Dicksie Zimmerman, 37, who also lives at the Locust Street address, grabbed a $10 bill out of his hand. When the two started to argue, Snell threw Lisiecki over the porch railing and about eight feet to the ground, police said.
Ms. Zimmerman also was charged with petit larceny.
