TEEN CHARGED IN STORE BREAK-IN

A Jamestown teen-ager who was charged Monday in a gun-theft case is now accused of an earlier break-in at the Midway Mini-Mart.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's officers Thursday charged Eric Farrell, 16, of Elm Street, Jamestown, with third-degree burglary in the March 6 break-in at the store on Route 430. Farrell was in Chautauqua County Jail on charges of grand larceny and criminal possession of a weapon in the theft of two assault weapons from a parked car in Jamestown.

Two 15-year-olds also charged in the Midway Mini-Mart burglary will appear in Family Court.
