Hilda D. Lass, who worked for many years ago at the Nabisco Shredded Wheat plant in Niagara Falls, died Wednesday (March 25, 1998) in Fairchild Manor Nursing Home after a long illness. She was 103.

A native of Niagara Falls, Miss Lass lived on 16th Street in Niagara Falls before she moved to the nursing home in 1980. She was a production worker at the Shredded Wheat plant for 40 years until she retired in 1956.

Miss Lass was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Niagara Falls.

Graveside services were held today in the chapel at Memorial Park Cemetery.
