Opportunities Unlimited will hold a Community Appreciation Breakfast to honor the more than 40 local businesses that employ people with disabilities in the Lockport area, at 8 a.m., Friday in the Pendleton House, 6886 S. Transit Road.

Special recognition will be given to Franbilt Welding, 6746 Akron Road, Lockport for its support of community inclusion and the employment of
individuals with disabilities.

"Opportunities Unlimited works to build the gap between potential employers and employees to increase job opportunities to individuals with disabilities," said Dana L. Notaro, director of vocational services.

400 adults from Niagara County are provided with training for community employment and volunteer services by
Opportunities Unlimited.
